OUR METHOD OF OPERATION
We understand: Research shows that in a normal conversation people remember between 25 percent and 50 percent of what they hear. This is the cause of many misunderstandings and "active listening" is part of our engagement. We make a conscious effort to hear not only the words that clients are saying but more importantly, we ensure that we understand the complete message – both verbally, through body language and what is not said.
 
We research: To avoid blunders and absurdities, to recognize cross-disciplinary opportunities, and to make sense of new ideas, requires that one has a good background of the subject matter. We do not assume and will not immediately jump to conclusions but rather do thorough research and return with a properly thought through plan.
 
We review: Once we have conceived what we think you require we will first test our perception on you and fine tune to your satisfaction.
 
We write: Writing is hard work, particularly if you write on behalf of another person. It begins with deciding why you are writing and whom you are writing for. It involves trying to preempt what the reader needs to get out of it. Then it is slogging to put the message across in such a manner that it keeps attention reflect your company DNA.
 
We untie the knots: There are always rules, regulations, internal requirements and simply red tape. Our job is to preempt this and to try to avoid or answer the questions as early as possible.
